The Flexijet is an optoelectronic precision measuring device. In order to ensure constant measurement accuracy we recommend an annual examination be carried out as part of the hardware service.

In order to prevent long waiting times and in order to assure a smooth examination process, we ask you to arrange a service appointment for your Flexijet.

We respectfully ask for your understanding that devices sent without an appointment will be assigned the next available service appointment. Pre-registered devices are given preferential treatment.

Questions about time requirement, packaging and shipping
How long will my Flexijet be at the hardware service?
If you have arranged an appointment with us in advance, the service for your Flexijet inclusive shipping usually takes about 7 to 10 days (locations within Germany).
Basically, the return of your Flexijet will be fastest when your device arrives at our facility on the Monday of the agreed calendar week.
What is needed for the hardware service?
Only the measuring head is needed for maintenance.
Which transport packaging should I use?
Transport packaging, here for Flexijet Series 1
For Flexijet devices of the new generation (Series 2, with touch display) we ask you to make the shipment in Flexijet Plaston case with outer carton. We will be happy to provide you with suitable shipping packaging for both Flexijet series at cost price to prevent damage during shipping.
When packaging, please remember that this is a precision measuring device that you want to ship. We are happy to give you tips for ideal packaging.
Please do not send us your Flexijet in the ProCase trolley!
